A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Beam Funeral Service in Marion with Pastor Caleb Worley and Pastor Tim Macon officiating. Interment will follow at Nealsville Church of God Cemetery with military honors provided by the U.S. Army. The family will receive friends from 3:30 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., prior to the service, at the funeral home.

Flowers are acceptable and appreciated. Those wishing to make a memorial donation in Mr. Smith’s memory are asked to consider a charity of one’s choice and/or hospice of one’s choice.
