On the morning of Wednesday, September 18, 2019, Mr. Wayne Lee Stroud, age 74, of the Greenlee Community, departed to be with the Lord at his residence following a battle with cancer. A native of Richmond, California, born on July 09, 1945, he was the son of the late Robert and Norene Ingram Stroud.
Following 30 years, Wayne retired from Baxter Healthcare. Known for working with his hands, he was a talented artist and gunsmith. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed going hunting. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Beam Funeral Service in Marion with Rev. Jonathan Tipper officiating.
