Wanda "Sharon" Morris DeHart

Wanda “Sharon” Morris DeHart, 79, of Swannanoa, passed away Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Memorial Mission Hospital in Asheville.

She was born on February 10, 1945 to the late Wiley Morris and Evelyn Hollingsworth Morris. Sharon began her working career at Beacon Manufacturing. Following that, she worked in administrative roles for over forty years for RECO Trucking and later GDR Contracting. Sharon had wonderful cooking skills, and she loved spending time in the kitchen. She also enjoyed online shopping in her spare time. She will be greatly missed.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two siblings, Ronald Morris and Donna Morris Honeycutt.

She is survived by her son, Charles DeHart and his wife, Lana Massey; and two brothers, Dale Morris and Ralph Morris.
