Theda Lee Price

Theda Harmon Price, age 80, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 30, 2017 at Deer Park Health and Rehabilitation with her loving family by her side. Born April 26, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Cleo McCaw Harmon.

Theda was a member of Sunny Grove Baptist Church for over fifty years where she served in many capacities such as custodian, Sunday school teacher and helping with Bible schools. She enjoyed serving the public on her job at Foam & Fabrics. Theda also loved to sew, decorate and hang wall paper. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her.

Mrs. Price is preceded in death by her husband of sixty-five years William “Billy” Price.

Left to cherish her memories are four children, Terry Arrowood (Ricky), Kendall Liga (Michael), Brian Price (Amy) and Philip Price (Kim); one brother, Harlan Harmon. Also, surviving Theda are nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

A celebration of life will be held Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Beam Funeral Service with Reverend Doug McPeters officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. prior to the service in the Chapel. Interment will take place at Sunny Grove Baptist Church cemetery following the service.
