Sylvia Watts

Sylvia Watts, age 68, of the Dysartsville Community, passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at Autumn Care of Marion.  Sylvia’s loving husband, Kenneth was by her side.  The daughter of the late Ernest and Pansy Brown, she was born in Columbia, South Carolina on February 16, 1951.

An amazing and loving wife who loved the Lord, Sylvia enjoyed working with flowers and tending to her garden. She was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.

Left to cherish her precious memories are her husband of 33 years, Kenneth Watts; two brothers, Grady Brown and Carl Brown; two sisters, Patricia Brown and Rebecca Reeves; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Beam Funeral Service.  Interment, with military honors provided by the United States Air Force, will follow at McDowell Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., prior to the service, at the funeral home.
