Susie McClure Webb

Susie McClure Webb, 70, of Morganton, North Carolina, passed away Sunday, February 19, 2023 at her home.

A native of McDowell County, she was born January 31, 1953 to the late Roby Clarence McClure and Jennie Lee Blackwell McClure. She is also preceded in death by a brother, Russell McClure.

Susie worked as a caregiver for most of her life. She was a very selfless lady who always put others first by helping whenever she could. Susie loved vacations with her family, especially spending time in the mountains. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles and eating candy. She will be remembered as a sweet and loving person.

Those left to cherish her precious memories are her four daughters, Leslie Webb, Chrystal Webb, Missy Webb, and RheaAnn Morris; twelve grandchildren, Aaron Crowe, Trevor Crowe, Jonathan Crowe, Dexter Crowe, Diego Webb, Erick Webb, Rico Webb, Nicole Webb, Justin Epley, Brandon Epley, Dillion Epley, and Rhyliee Morris; eighteen great grandchildren; and three siblings, Mack McClure (Wanda), Debbie Sanchez Chacon, and Reba Timmons.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Beam Funeral Service. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m.
