Starla Michelle Shifflett

Starla Michelle Shifflett, 26, of Nebo, passed away Friday, April 28, 2023.
Starla was born in McDowell County on June 21, 1996, to Tony E. Patrick and
Isabella S. Shifflett. She was known for her outgoing personality and her adventurous
spirit. She was loved by everyone.

Those left to cherish her memory include her father, Tony Patrick; her mother,
Isabella Shifflett (Steve Clark); and five siblings, Mark Patrick, Ashley Biddix, Timothy
Clark, Julian Clark, and Rachel Patrick Weathers.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
