Sheila McClure

On the evening of Thursday, December 19, 2019, Sheila Foster McClure, age 62, of Marion, North Carolina passed away at the Hospice of the Carolina Foothills. Sheila was born on August 7, 1957 to the late Ray and Viola Parker Foster.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, Steve Foster.

Sheila attended Sunnyvale Baptist Church and was known for always helping others before herself. She enjoyed cooking and spending time at the beach. She had a big heart and especially loved her animals. Sheila was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and fiancé and will be missed by all.

Left to cherish Sheila’s memories are her fiancé, Donald “Radar” Inman; one son, Benji McClure (Amber); one brother, Cecil Foster (Brenda) and one sister-in-law, Mary Foster. Also surviving Sheila are one grandson, Branson McClure (Ivy), one great-grandchild on the way and a number of nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will take place on Monday, December 23, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Sugar Hill Baptist Church with Reverend Jimmy Buchanan and Michael Robinson officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will follow the service at Sugar Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
