Sarah Patricia Warren Schneble

Sarah Patricia Warren Schneble, 88, Asheville, NC, passed away early in the morning of July 16, 2024 after several years of declining health. She was currently living at Autumn Care of Marion, NC. Before moving to Florida, Pat was an accountant for Ethan Allen Corporation based in Old Fort, NC. 

Pat was born on May 9, 1936 to James Cornelius Lipe, Jr and Monnie Oella Warren Lipe. She was adopted by George Adlai Warren and Mildred Roberson Warren after both her parents passed away before her third birthday. Pat was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bob” Schneble, brothers Jimmy Lipe, Morris Lipe, Neal Lipe and a sister Mable Lipe. Her special sister in law, JoEllen Lipe, also preceded her in death. 

Pat is survived by her son, Lamar (Beth) Silver of Old Fort, NC, her grandson Kyle (Shannon) Silver of Banner Elk, NC and her granddaughter, Anna Silver of Old Fort, NC. She is also survived by two great grandsons, Wyatt and Layton Silver of Banner Elk, NC. 

The family would like to thank the staff of Autumn Care of Marion, especially the 100 hall, for the loving care that they gave Pat. At her request, there will be no services. She will be buried at Green Hill Cemetery in Asheville with her husband and her parents.
