Sandra Lynn Wells

     Sandra Lynn Capps Wells, 62, of Bulls Gap, TN, passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at her residence.

     Sandra was born in Bordeaux, France to the late Iva Norton and Winfred Capps. She was a graphic artist and a writer who published several mystery novels. Sandra was an adventurist who loved to travel and was very fond of the outdoors. She was very outgoing and always kept everyone in the loop. She will be greatly missed.

     Those left to cherish her memory include two brothers, Mike Capps & wife Kim and Jeffery Capps; many nieces and nephews; and her beloved cats.
