Rusty Boal, age 59, passed away peacefully on the night of Wednesday, May 30, 2018, while at his daughter’s residence in Marion under the care of CarePartners Hospice & Palliative Care-McDowell. Born in Morristown, New Jersey on May 29, 1959, he was the son of the late Lester Boal and Elizabeth Bloom Boal Lines.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by numerous siblings.
Rusty, who was a demolition supervisor for Hub Scrap Metals, was dedicated to his work; and in his spare time enjoyed buying older cars to work on, then turn around and sell them. A devoted and loving father, Rusty enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Left to cherish his memories are his seven children, Amanda Sue Roper (Tim), Angela Dawn Mosteller (Jim), Scott Allen Boal (Lollie), Russell Lynn Boal, Jr. (Courtney), Jessica Anne Boal, Clay Allen Parramore and Heather Kathleen Parramore; ten siblings, Sherry, Edie, Ordie, Deanna, Jim, Gary, Dave, Gilbert, Lil and Cindy. Rusty is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In keeping with his wishes, a private celebration of Rusty’s life will be held at a later date.
