Russell Brennan Hartwell

Russell Brennan Hartwell, age 62, of Nebo, passed away Friday, December 23, 2022. He was born on March 28, 1960 to the late Roger Hartwell Sr. and Deltcia Arcand Hartwell.

Russell was a loving brother and friend. He enjoyed all things outdoors including hunting, fishing and going to the beach. He was known for his laughter and could always tell a good joke. He also enjoyed wood working and cooking. Between Collins & Aikman and Auria, Russell was continuously employed for over forty four years.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Kimberly Kay McKinney Hartwell; siblings, Roger Hartwell, Jr., and Richard Hartwell; Mother and Father-In-Law John and LaRue McKinney; Brother-in-Law, Wes McKinney.

He is survived by his siblings, Roland Hartwell (Hozumi), Shirley Wood (Vernon), Robert Hartwell, Raymond Hartwell (Sharon), Sheila Taylor, Ronnie Hartwell (Denise), and Robin Hartwell (Jeanne); sister-in-laws, Kathy McKinney and Connie McKinney Cox; a number of nieces and nephews also survive.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 4:00p.m. in the chapel of Beam Funeral Service with Mr. Bo McMinn officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. two hours prior to the service in the chapel.
