Rose Davis

Rose Reel Davis, age 65, of Marion, passed away on Saturday, June 03, 2017 at Memorial Campus of Mission Hospital in Asheville.  The daughter of the late Ray and Eva Bradley Reel, she was born in McDowell County, North Carolina on May 11, 1952. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Hugh Davis.

A loving mother, grandmother and sister, Rose enjoyed gardening, but most of all, spending quality time with her family. 

She is survived by two sons, Joel Gregory Davis of Marion; and Douglas Maurice Davis and his wife, Sharon of Concord; one sister, Jean Roberts and her husband, Larry of Old Fort; and one grandson, Silas Davis.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 06, 2017 in the Chapel of Beam Funeral Service.  A celebration of her life will follow at 11:00 a.m.  Interment will follow at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery.
