Roby Kenneth Greer

Roby Kenneth Greer 48, of Marion, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 09, 2024.

Roby was born in Watauga Co. to the late Roby Gene Greer and the late Wanda Grace Lawson Greer on June 11, 1976.

Roby was a member of Mountain Creek Independent Baptist Church. He loved spending his spare time fishing and being outdoors. Roby enjoyed working with plants and had a special place in his heart for his cats. He was known to have a big heart and was always helping others. Roby was a man who had a heart of gold. He was a light unto this world.

Surviving Roby are his wife, Kim Greer; two sisters, Lisa Greer and Cindy Martin (Neil); two brothers, Pete Greer (Cindy) and John Greer; nieces, Kyndra, Makenna, Brooke, Emmilou, Addison, Brittany, Gracelyn, Tatum and Skittle; nephews, Brett, Brandon, John, Gage, Roby, Calvin, Ronnie, Hunter and Halter.

The family will be receiving friends at Mountain Creek Independent Baptist Church on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 from 1:00 until 2:00. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm at the church.
