Robin Diane Thackston

On the afternoon of Sunday, November 03, 2019, Ms. Robin Diane Eldridge Thackston, age 62 of Nebo, peacefully left from this earthly world with her loving family by her side. The daughter of Auttie “Gene” Eldridge and the late Gladys Boyce Eldridge, she was born in Chowan County North Carolina on September 15, 1957.

Robin will be remembered as a woman who was full of life and spirit who lived by her own terms. She enjoyed playing bingo, as well as watching the SyFy chanel. Robin absolutely loved her family, and was adored by her children and grandchildren.

In addition to her father Gene, she is survived by her five children, Bruce Lee (Angel), Alita Johnson (John), Crystal Thackston, Amanda Thackston, and Candace Thackston. Also surviving are her brother, Chris Eldridge, and ten precious grandchildren.

A service to celebrate Robin’s life will be held at a later date. The day and time will be announced once they have been confirmed.
