Robert Leslie Wilson

Robert Leslie Wilson, 70, of Old Fort, passed away at Caromont Regional Medical Center on Wednesday, October 23, 2024. 

Robert was born October 27, 1953 in Alamance County, NC to the late James Wilson and the late Rachel Romine Wilson. 

Robert retired from Ethan Allen with over forty years of dedicated service. He was an avid NASCAR fan who loved watching the races on Sunday afternoons. He got his most enjoyment watching his grandkids playing sports. Mostly he loved spending time with his family who he loved dearly. 

Surviving Robert are his wife of forty-four years, Barbara Wilson; his two daughters, Laurie Vess (Ben) and Crystal Bartlett (Cody); a sister; two brothers; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
