Lynn Cable Hall Bristol

Lynn Cable Hall Bristol, 56, of Marion, North Carolina, passed away October 12, 2021 at the Memorial Campus of Mission Hospital in Asheville.

She was born in Mecklenburg County on April 20, 1965 to the late Charles Earl Cable and Joyce Phillips Cable, who passed away just hours prior to her daughter.

Lynn enjoyed watching hummingbirds. She was known as a humble person who always put others first. A loving mother and grandmother, she mostly enjoyed spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a granddaughter, Jewel Dunn.

She is survived by her husband, James Craig Bristol; three children, Rebecca Strickland, Shasta Dunn (Josh), and Evita Lyttle; eight grandchildren, Katie Strickland, Kristina Riddle, Heaven Riddle, Rayne Moody, Isabella Lyttle, Luke Moody, Journi Lyttle, and Rose Dunn; and one brother, Charles Daniel Cable.

The family will hold a joint memorial service for Joyce and Lynn on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Catawba Heights Baptist Church with Revs. James Walker and Larry Gentry officiating. Visitation will be held from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m.
