Ricky Jay Clubb

Ricky Jay Clubb, 68, of Nebo, passed away Monday, August 7, 2023 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills.

A man who is known and is loved by everyone who knew him. He showed kindness to everyone who crossed his path and touched so many people's lives. He was a good Christian man who followed God blindly and deeply invested his life following scripture. Although we cry tears of sadness here on earth, he is home. He now rests peacefully with his mother and one true Father in paradise.

We can only now take what Ricky has taught us, and never take for granted the limited days we have on earth. He may not roam this earth but I believe he watches over us as an angel and will continue to help God in other ways now. We keep him in our hearts until we meet again.

He is preceded in death by parents, CJ and Faye Clubb and brother, Eddie Clubb. Survivors include his wife, Ethelene Clubb; two children, Krista Miller (Ben Gardin) and Kevin Clubb (Erica); grandchildren, Melody Miller and Megan Frady; great grandchild, Ava Grace Lambert; and siblings, Terry Clubb (Berta), Pam Ray, and Mike Clubb.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 10, 2023 from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. at Beam Funeral Service. A memorial service will follow at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Ronnie Gentry officiating.

I might be gone but I'm right here. You will feel my presence. I promise I'm right here. I'm home now and it's so beautiful here. I will watch over you all until we meet again. When you need me I will be here, in your heart. I might be gone but I'm still right here.
