Rebecca Lee Barnhill

Rebecca Lee Gurley Barnhill, age 63, of Marion, North Carolina passed away on Friday, October 23, 2020 at her residence. She was born on January 23, 1957 in Greenville, South Carolina.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Dewey Keith Gurley.

Rebecca was employed with CVS for over thirty years. She enjoyed many things such as, gardening, sewing and exploring the outdoors. But above all those things, her favorite was spending time with her granddaughters.

Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Myrtle and Dennis Stroud of Nebo, North Carolina; three children, Brandon Perkins (Tasha) of Granite Falls, North Carolina, Aaron Barnhill of Beaumont, Texas and John Robson of Silsbee, Texas; two siblings, Kathy Rogers (Rick) of Brighton, Michigan and Ray Ledford of Ware Shoals, South Carolina. Also surviving Rebecca are two granddaughters, Isabella and Olivia Perkins and one niece, Tangie Williams of Midland, North Carolina.

A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
