Randall Dean Holtsclaw

Randall Dean Holtsclaw, age 46, of Morganton, North Carolina passed away at his residence with his family by his side. A native of Avery County, Randall was born on November 17, 1972 to Brenda Whittington Holtsclaw, Palm Desert, California and the late Randy Holtsclaw.

Randall enjoyed being outdoors and liked to golf, fish and hunt. He was a loving son, father and nephew and will be missed by all that knew him.

Along with his mother, Randall is survived by two children, Trenton and Star Holtsclaw, Thousand Palms, California; one aunt, Linda Whittington and one uncle, Barry Whittington both of Palm Springs, California.

A service to celebrate Randall’s life will take place on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Nowling Chapel Baptist Free Will Baptist Church at 5061 US 64 Morganton, North Carolina 28655, with Reverend Darvy Hensley officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Randall’s memory to The American Cancer Society, 120 Executive Park, Building 1, Asheville, North Carolina 28801.
