Peter Martin Barack

Peter Martin Barack, age 80, of Morganton, North Carolina passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at Carolinas Healthcare System-Blue Ridge. He was born on August 19, 1941 in New York to the late Jacob and Clara Goldhagen Barack.

Peter was a loving and caring husband, who loved to travel on large ships. He formally worked as an engineer for National Steel and ship building in San Diego for over thirty years.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Linda Lloyd Barack; four children, Peter Barack, Jr., Brett Barack, Andy Greene and Kenneth Greene (Brandy); nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

In keeping with Peter’s wishes, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
