Peggy Lynn Carlin Grantham

Peggy Lynn Carlin Grantham, 78, of Spruce Pine passed away on the evening of Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at The Greens at Spruce Pine.

She was born in Arkansas County, Arkansas to the late Deard Leland Carlin and the late Eileen Elizabeth Ragan Carlin on October 12, 1944. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Larry Grantham and a sister, Betty DeBerry.

Peggy was known as an excellent seamstress who could make beautiful doll clothes. She loved NFL, NASCAR, and Old Miss Rebels football. Peggy enjoyed listening to southern gospel music. She was a loving mother, sister, and grandmother.

Her loving memories will be cherished by her daughter, Angela White (Phillip); her sister, Phyllis Dupslaff; two grandchildren, Joshua White and Anna Robbins (Charles) and seven great grandchildren, Charles Robbins, Anthony Robbins, Claire White, Richard Robbins, Jake White, Chevy Robbins, and Ragan Robbins.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
