Pauline Revis

Pauline Conner Revis, age 70, of Marion, passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2016 at her residence.  Born on August 11, 1946 in McDowell County, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late John and Ethel Arrowood Conner.  

A wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and sister, Pauline loved cooking and sharing memories with her family.  In her spare time she enjoyed doing word search puzzles.  

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by one sister, Bobbie Hill.

She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Paul E. Revis, Sr.; eight children, Regina Revis, Paul E. Revis, Jr. (Regina), Timmy Revis (Nora), Kimberly Revis (Rodney), Judy Wills (Joey), Jody Ketron (Johnny), Melissa Queen (Jeff); and Haley Revis; five brothers, Clyde, Roger, Charles, Bufford and Johnny Conner; and two sisters, Frances Reel and Pat Stines.  Pauline is also survived by twenty six grandchildren and twenty four great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at Atlas Revis Memorial Park on Green Meadow Lane off Fairview Road, with Rev. Melvin Revis officiating.  Interment will follow in the Atlas Revis Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., prior to the service, at the park.
