Patricia Ann Jones

Patricia Ann Blake Jones, 67, of Marion, North Carolina, passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at CarePartners Hospice Solace Center in Asheville.

She was born on February 28, 1953 in Huntington County, West Virginia to the late Robert and Maude Daniels Blake.

She was employed at Drexel on the drawer line. Patricia enjoyed cooking for her family. She truly loved her family, and she had a special place in her heart for her grandkids.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, James Donald Jones; two children, Travis Jones (Celesta) and Michael Jones (Melissa); two step children, Jimmy Jones and Wendy Huskins; six grandchildren; four step grandchildren; eight step great grandchildren; three siblings, Mary Christian (Jerry), Bobby Blake, and Larry Blake (Kathy); and a number of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 30, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Parker’s Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Jimmy Reese officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00, one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to cover final expenses.
