God’s faithful servant, Nancy Branch, passed away Friday, March 31, surrounded by her family and in the Blessed Assurance to all of her loved ones that received her crown in glory. All her life was spent sharing her testimony of Christ and his love for all. Throughout her battle, she never once doubted his love as she often rejoiced and praised her Savior when the battle was the hardest. She was known for her love of life and her infectious laugh.
Because he lives, she could face tomorrow! She has now crossed the river and fought life’s final war with pain. Finally, death gave way to victory, and she saw the light of glory and knows he reigns.
She is accompanied in heaven by her parents, William (Bill) Cuthbertson, Father and Dollie Sparks, Mother. Her spouse of 51 years, Burl Branch, and brothers Stephen Cuthbertson and Jim Cuthbertson.
Nancy is survived by brother Johnny Cuthbertson and wife Marie.
Her greatest joy was knowing that her children found salvation in the truth. Left to cherish the memories of God’s greatest blessing is son Norman Branch, Sherri Waycaster, Carolyn Brunelle (Bob), Patricia Phillips (James), and Mary Lewis (John).
Mamaw will be forever remembered by grandchildren Paul Branch, Rachel Branch, Daniel Branch, Nathaniel Boggs, Dustin Waycaster, Ben Waycaster, Justin Brunelle, Joshua Brunelle, Jackie Orciuch, Jesse Brunelle Seth Branch, Lacey Branch, Dalton Phillips, and Hannah Trammel, as well as 22 great grandchildren.
Nancy was a faithful member of Peppers Creek Baptist Church for over 60 years. She found great presence with the Lord as she played the piano, taught Sunday school, and witnessed to all inside the church and in her daily walk as a child of the king.
