Micah Daniel Church

Micah Daniel Church, age 35, of Richlands, NC, passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at his residence.

Micah was born in Raleigh, NC on December 2, 1988, to Michael Dwayne Church and Kimberly Curtis Church. He was married to Monique Marie Powell Church. Micah served his country proudly in the United States Marine Corps with a tour in Iraq. He later served as a federal agent with the US Department of Energy. Micah loved the outdoors, especially camping. He was a loving husband, stepfather, son, and brother. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Monique Marie Church; his parents, Michael and Kimberly Curtis Church; five stepchildren, Jordan, Jaiden, Jersey, Peighton, and Jaxon Jeffs; two brothers, Isaac Church and wife Michelle and Gabriel Church and wife Leanna; a sister, Charity Smith and husband Stewart; and several nieces and one nephew, Lillian, Adalida Rose, Juleanna Marie, Emmett, and Eden.

The family will receive friends from 12:45 p.m., till 1:30 pm in the Beam Celebration Center. A memorial service will follow with Reverend Tom Cochran officiating. The interment with U.S. Marine Honors will follow the services at McDowell Memorial Park.
