Megan "Mags" Leigh Trantham

Megan Leigh “Mags” Mahan Trantham of Marion, passed away on Monday, July 25, 2022 at Memorial Mission in Asheville. Megan was born on November 19, 1994. She is the daughter of Danny Tucker and Wanda Kelly Tucker. Megan was preceded in death by her brother, Daniel Tucker.

She was a member of New Manna Baptist Church and graduated from New Manna Christian School in 2013. Megan enjoyed playing many sports and was known as a hard worker.

Those left to cherish her memory including her parents are her biological father, Richard Mahan; her biological mother, Lisa Boylen; her biological brother, Malachi Boylen; her biological sister, Kayla Boylen; three children, Kamdyn Tranthan, Kaynen Mahan and Willow Duncan; three sisters, Becca Shirley (Rev. Tony), Leah Davis, and Naomi Tucker; a brother Richie Mahan (Sarah) and a number of nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at New Manna Baptist Church on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at 4:00 pm. with the Rev. Tony Shirley officiating. The Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 3:00 pm until 4:00 pm.  Interment will follow at Murphy’s Chapel.
