Lydia LeCounte

Lydia LeCounte, 84, of Sevierville, Tennessee and formerly of Marion, North Carolina, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2022.

She was born in Puerto Rico on September 02, 1937, to the late Jose (Pepe) Arnal and Eustaquia (Tata) Arnal.

Lydia lived her life to serve others and her Lord. She brought joy and laughter to those she met. A great mother, loving grandmother, and most of all a faithful Christian lady.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Edwin LeCounte; granddaughter, Elasah Greer; and three brothers and three sisters.

She is survived by her children, Ruth Greer, Buddy Greer (Linda), Marvin Greer (Bambi); seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren, and one brother.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. at New Manna Baptist Church.
