Linda Marie Schultz

Linda Marie Beddingfield Schultz, age 58, of Marion, North Carolina, passed away on Monday, June 01, 2020 at Memorial Campus of Mission Hospital in Asheville following a battle with cancer.  The daughter of the late James and Margaret Waddell Beddingfield, she was born in Buncombe County, North Carolina on March 19, 1962.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Mingus Paul Beddingfield, who passed away September 04, 2019; and one brother, James Beddingfield.

A loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Linda was fond of hummingbirds, enjoyed coloring and working in her garden. 

She is survived by one daughter, Crystal Schultz (Roy); stepdaughter, Joy Schultz; one brother, Robert Beddingfield (Tammy); and one sister, Diane Sanchez.  Linda is also survived by her three grandchildren, Chloe Dawn Marie Higgins, Mack Oliver Wilson IV and Baylee Massey. 

A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Beam Funeral Service.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., prior to the service, at the funeral home.
