Linda Gail Prince

Linda Gail Shelton Prince, age 63, of Marion, NC passed away, Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Autumn Care of Marion. 

Linda was born March 21, 1955 in Haywood County, NC to the late Seldon and Lillian Shelton.  She enjoyed gospel music, flowers and being outdoors.  Her children lovingly remember her as being a strong-willed woman who knew what she wanted and how she wanted it.  She loved each of her children in their own unique way.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. 

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Herman Prince.

Those left behind to cherish her memories are six children, Charles Allen Prince, Eddie Dean Prince, John Edward Prince, April Dawn Fuentes (Jose), Samantha Gail Avila (Lorenzo) and Jason Eugene Ewart (Amber); three sisters, Mary Jo Mace (Dennis Sexton), Peggy Thompson (Wayman) and Patricia Noel (Ralph); fourteen grandchildren, Amy, Kevin, Heather, John, Austin, Anthony, Gabriela, Mariyha, Bethany, Alex, Jason, Kevin, David and Gage; two great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Ruby.

Services for Linda will be held at a later date.
