Linda Sue Clemmons, of Hendersonville, a beloved figure known for her compassion and unwavering support of the disabled community, passed away peacefully at her residence on January 14, 2025. Born on February 5, 1952, in Buncombe County, North Carolina, Linda dedicated her life to helping others and made a lasting impact on those she served.

Throughout her career, Linda was recognized for her remarkable ability to connect with people and offer assistance to those in need. Her kindness and dedication inspired many around her and underscored the values of empathy and service that she embodied.

Linda is survived by her son, Cory Clemmons, and his wife, Sharon. She leaves behind her cherished sisters, Becky Caldwell and her husband Ronnie, Brenda Rodgers, Jeanette Roberson and her husband Randy, and Pam Hutchinson and her husband Roger. Linda also held a special bond with her cousin, Angie Hensley, and friend, Ann Hensley, who will deeply feel her absence.

Linda was preceded in death by her father, Jake Nelson Clemmons, her mother, Betty Jean Yoder Clemmons, and her brothers, Steve Clemmons and Charles Clemmons. She also mourned the loss of her sister, Patricia Justice.

The legacy of Linda Sue Clemmons will be remembered by all whose lives she touched, and her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends. She will be greatly missed.
