Kristin Brooke Rutherford

Kristin Brooke Rutherford, 27, of Marion, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 25, 2023.

She was born in Marion on September 18, 1995 to Bo Rutherford and the late Rhonda Rumfelt. Along with her mother, she is preceded in death by her grandmother, Trudy Rumfelt and an uncle, Darrell Rumfelt.

Kris loved people, especially Terri and Bubba. She had a favorite stick that she enjoyed playing with. She enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to music. Her sweet spirit will be missed.

In addition to her father, Bo Rutherford, she is survived by her brother, Thomas Ramsey; sisters, Kayla Price and Casie McCartha; aunts, Terri Ramsey and Debra Chambers; uncles, Jeff Rumfelt and Joel Rumfelt; grandfather, James Rumfelt; and seven nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Monday, July 31, 2023 from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. at Beam Funeral Service. A funeral service will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel with Pastor Tony Shirley and Pastor Matt McDaniel officiating. Burial will follow at Glenwood Independent Baptist Church Cemetery.
