Kenneth Lee Presnell, Jr.

Kenneth Lee Presnell, Jr., age 63, of Marion, passed away on Tuesday, August 08, 2017 at the St. Joseph Campus of Mission Hospital in Asheville.  A native of McDowell County, North Carolina, born September 04, 1953 he was the son of Jacqueline Smith Presnell of Marion and the late Kenneth Lee Presnell, Sr.

Mr. Presnell was also preceded in death by two sisters, Jane Parker; and Martha Patterson and her family, who were tragically taken at an early age.

An avid outdoorsman; enjoying hunting, fishing, camping and gardening, Kenneth sincerely loved his family. 

Left to cherish his memories, in addition to his mother, loving wife of 40 years, Diana Lynn Presnell; one daughter, Crystal Baker (Brandon); one son, Chad Presnell (Elisha); two sisters, Wanda McNeil (Dickie) and Teresa Goode; and one brother, Jimmy Dean Presnell.  He is also survived by seven grandchildren, Jamie, Reagyn, Skylar, Leagon, Raiden, Lilli and Trapper.
