Judy Revonda Bartlett James

On the evening of Thursday, December 19, 2024, Judy Revonda Bartlett James of Old Fort, passed away at the age of 71,at Autumn Care of Marion.

 Judy was born in McDowell County on December 4, 1953 to the late Burlon Brooks Bartlett and Angelene Effler Bartlett. Wayne Edward Mathis, her husband, also preceded her in death.

Judy loved spending time with her family. She really looked forward to cookouts and get togethers with them. She really enjoyed cooking for those get togethers and just being with her family. She was always looking for ways to help others. Judy will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

 Those left to cherish her memories are her children, Randy Hensley, Pamela Bailey and Jennifer Mathis; one brother, Audie Lynn Bartlett; ten grandchildren and twenty one great grandchildren.

 In keeping with Judy’s wishes there will be no services.
