JoAnne Louise Monosso

 JoAnne Louise Bradley Monosso, 81, of Nebo, passed away Saturday, August 10, 2024, at UNC Health Blue Ridge in Morganton.

  JoAnne was born in McDowell County, NC, on November 10, 1942, to the late Norman Andrew Bradley and Grace Finch Bradley. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Joanne was always helping others and helped raise many children outside of her family. She was always known to show kindness to animals. She will be greatly missed. 

  Those left to cherish her memory include four children, Tim Monosso (Brenda), Richard Monosso, Andy Monosso (Debbie), and Roger Curtis; two sisters, Jean Elmore (Bob) and Doris Crawley; a brother, Dean Bradley (Annette); seven grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.

  A private graveside service will be held at a later date. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at Beam Funeral Service.
