Jimmy Allen Styles

In the early morning hours of Tuesday, February 19, 2019 while surrounded by his loved ones, Mr. Jimmy Allen Styles, age 54, of Marion, North Carolina, passed away at Burke Hospice & Palliative Care in Valdese.  The son of Richard Edward Styles of Marion and the late Kaye Hensley Styles, Jimmy was born in McDowell County, North Carolina on October 17, 1964.

A kind-hearted man, Jimmy had worked at Vocational Rehabilitation and The Enola Group in Morganton where he took great pride in supervising and assisting the disabled. 

Jimmy is survived by two brothers, Ricky Styles and his wife, Pam, and Johnny Styles and his wife, Sabrina; and nieces and nephews, Courtney, Caleb, Olivia and Jeremiah. Also surviving Mr. Styles is Eric Roy, whom Jimmy took great care of as his caregiver up until Jimmy’s health began to decline.

In keeping with Jimmy’s wishes, no services will be held.
