Jeremy Terran Benjamin, age 30, of Savannah, Georgia, passed away on Saturday July 01, 2017. Born in Kershaw County, South Carolina on January 23, 1987, he was the son of Timothy and Almeta Benjamin of Concord, North Carolina.
Known to be a go getter, Jeremy loved life and lived it to the fullest. Jeremy had an interest in designing t-shirts and started his own business called “Integrity”.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Yoko Okuyama Benjamin;
one son, Keifa Benjamin; one brother, Bryan Furman (Nicole); maternal grandmother, Susie Furman; paternal grandfather, Sampson Benjamin; five aunts, Charlene Benjamin, Darlene Williams, Beverly Sutton, Annette Furman and Tonya Furman; five uncles, Tyrone Benjamin, Sam Furman, James Furman, Ralph Furman and Tracey Furman; one niece, Nahla Furman; one nephew, Nasir Smith Bey; a host of cousins, including special cousin, Derek Portee.
No services are planned at this time.
Jeremy will be remembered for the smile on his face that he enjoyed sharing.
