Jane Morgan

Jane Noles Morgan, age 60, of Marion, passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2016 at Memorial Mission Hospital following an extended illness.  A daughter of the late Frank and Georgia Patterson Noles, she was born in McDowell County on May 29, 1956.

Jane attended Catawba Heights Baptist Church and was a loving mother and sister. She was known for her wonderful sense of humor and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by a son Erik Bradley; sisters Judy Bowman (Larry), Snookie Silver (Charles), Patsy Hughes (Mack Huffman); a brother Frank “Brother” Noles. Jane is also survived by a special niece and nephew, Diamond and Dakota Noles; and a number of other nieces and nephews which she loved dearly; and her dogs Paisley and Paco.

A celebration to honor the life of Mrs. Morgan will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at Catawba Heights Baptist Church with the Reverend James Walker officiating.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., prior to the service, at the church.
