Herenia Caridad Hernandez

Herenia Caridad Parra Hernandez, age 80, of Morganton, North Carolina, went to Heaven to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at Burke Hospice & Palliative Care in Valdese.  The daughter of the late Julian Parra Pietro and Maria Isabel Hernandez Rodriguez, she was born in Quivican, Havana, Cuba on July 07, 1939.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Miguel Arnaldo Hernandez Diaz, who passed away in 1982.

Having been a seamstress for the majority of her life, Herenia was a loving mother and friend. 

She is survived by her three sons, Miguel Julian Hernandez and his wife, Shelby Hernandez, Javier Arnaldo Hernandez and Carlos Alberto Hernandez and his wife, Dorraine Marie McConnell Hernandez; and eight grandchildren, Michael Hernandez, Jeanne Hernandez, Evelyn Valentin, Yolanda Valentin Diaz, Javier Hernandez, Tyler Hernandez, Kasey Hernandez and Christina Hernandez.
