Greg Joe Wyatt

 Greg Joe Wyatt, 46, of Nebo, passed away Thursday, August 15, 2024, at Mission Memorial Hospital in Asheville.

 Greg was born in McDowell County, NC on March 28, 1978, to Janice Fay Flynn and the late David Junior Wyatt. He was married to Dorothy Allen Wyatt. He was a proud bee keeper and a member of McDowell Honey Bees. He was an archery enthusiast and a member of the Archery Shooters Association. Greg loved music and dancing; and he enjoyed playing his guitar. He loved and treated his dogs as though they were his family. Most of all, Greg loved his family with all his heart. He will be greatly missed. 

 Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Dorothy Wyatt; his mother, Jan Jenkins (Mike); seven children, Samantha Wyatt, Haeven Wyatt, Brandon Wyatt, Faith Collins (Zack), Joseph Morgan, Abigail Wyatt, and Gregory Mace; two sisters, Tonya Hutchins (Nick) and Jessica Townsend (Eric); two brothers, Chris Blake (Gwen) and Scott Blake; and six grandchildren, Jason, Ariel, Madisyn, Joey, Ragnarr, and one on the way. 

 A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Monday, August 19, 2024 at the Chapel of Beam Funeral Service.
