Grace Bernice Bright

Grace Bernice Bright, a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, and friend, this life on October 24, 2024, at Memorial Mission Hospital. Born on July 5, 1942, in McDowell County, Grace lived a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments. Grace is remembered as a nurturing presence in the lives of her family. She is survived by her daughters Susan Howard and husband Ronnie, Linda Lewis and husband Billy, Darlene Williams and husband Scotty, Betty Ann Sherman, and Christy Kalabower. She also leaves behind her son Kelly Styles and wife Elaine, and Roy Davidson, along with her youngest daughter Trinity Davidson. Grace was a proud grandmother to five grandchildren and had numerous great-grandchildren who brought her immense joy.

Her two sisters, Ruth Riddle and Pat Greer, survive her.

She was predeceased by her son, Dennis Bartlett, whose memory will forever hold a place in the hearts of all who knew him.

Grace had a profound love for reading. Her gentle spirit and kind heart left an indelible mark on everyone she encountered, demonstrating unwavering support and affection in her roles as mother, sister, and friend.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 28, 2024, from 5:00 PM until 6:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 6:00 PM, both taking place at Beam Funeral Service & Crematory in Marion, North Carolina.
