Gary Biddix

Gary Biddix, 69, of Marion passed away on the evening of Thursday, December 15, 2022.

Gary was born on January 2, 1953 in McDowell County to Dorothy Hyatt Biddix and the late Willard Biddix. Gary worked as a dyer in the textile industry. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoyed watching NASCAR. He was also known for his sense of humor. Gary was a loving father and brother.

Including his father Gary is preceded in death by a brother, Dallas Biddix.

Those left to cherish his memory including his mother are his former spouse, Helen Frances Biddix; a daughter, Kristy Biddix; a brother, Steve Biddix (Judy) and a sister Barbara Johnson.

A funeral service will be held in the chapel of Beam Funeral Service on Monday, December 19, 2022 at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10:00 until 11:00 am in the chapel. Burial will follow at the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.
