Frank Bruce Williams

Frank Bruce Williams, 86, of Marion, passed away surrounded by his family on Wednesday, January 11, 2023.

Including his parents, Frank is preceded in death in the year 2000, by his wife Lenitta Clontz Williams; brothers, Fred Williams, Tally Williams, Lester Williams, Jack Williams and Ivy Williams; sisters, Helen Hudgins, Pearl Nichols and Ruby Williams

Frank was born in McDowell County to the late Grover Williams and the late Mary Puckridge Williams on July 19, 1936. He was known to have never met a stranger and was always helping others. Frank was a loving fiancé, father and grandfather who will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

Frank is survived by his fiancé, Opal Gibson; four children, Cindy Smith (Rick), Ronnie Williams, Dennis Williams (Connie) and Roger Williams (Jamie); six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 15, 2023 at 3:00 pm in the chapel of Beam Funeral Service. Pastor Jeff Palmer will be officiating the service. The family will receive friends one hour prior, from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Cross Memorial Park following the service.
