Frances Pauline Smith Bradley

Frances Smith Bradley, age 85, passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at Rose Hill Retirement Community of Marion.

Frances was born in McDowell County on February 7, 1937 to the late Ott Smith and Maggie Faye Pyatt Smith. Frances was a member of Harmony Grove Baptist Church. She was known as a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister-in-law and friend. She was a devoted wife, great cook and homemaker.

Frances is preceded in death along with her parents by her husband, Bobby Joe Bradley.

Those left to cherish her memory are her two children, Gwen McPeters (Rev. Doug) and Kevin Bradley and his significant other, Myra Fox; two grandchildren, Tiffany Rose (David) and Jessica Gonzales and her Fiancé, Stephen Potter and one great grandchild, Cora Jo Rose.

 A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 26, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Harmony Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Doug McPeters officiating. The family will be available to speak to friends 30 minutes prior to the service at the cemetery.
