Emory Faye Gilliam

Emory Faye Gilliam, infant daughter of Mark and Sabrina Gilliam of Marion, North Carolina, fell asleep into the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, August 09, 2017 at the Memorial Campus of Mission Hospital in Asheville.

Little Emory was loved and will be missed, but her parent’s prayer is that her passing will help impact someone to help further God’s Kingdom.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by one brother, Mason Ryan Gilliam; maternal grandparents, Margie and Tony Spake, Jeff and Annette Edwards; paternal grandparents, Brian and Pat Gilliam; maternal great grandmothers, Eunice Campbell and Ethylene Spake; and paternal great grandmother, Lelia Gilliam.

A private graveside service will be held Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Cherry Springs Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Terry Roach officiating.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a memorial donation in Emory’s memory are asked to consider a Christian charity of one’s choice.
