Elsie Wiffler Wall

Elsie Wiffler Wall, age 95, of Marion, North Carolina passed away on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Autumn Care of Marion. She was born on March 28, 1926 in Mainz, Germany to the late George and Anna Wiffler.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Walter Herman Wall and her twelve brothers.

Elsie was a member of the Fairview Free Will Baptist Church and retired from Drexel Furniture Company following more than thirty years of service. She was known as a hard-working woman, who had a great sense of humor. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Elsie enjoyed knitting and spending time with her family.

She is survived by two children, Linda Wall Wilson (Harold) and Steve Wall; two grandchildren, Kim Moore (Byron) and Angie Allison (Jason); five great-grandchildren, Ellie Moore Long (Justin), Sam Moore, Ava Moore, Ty Allison and Macey Allison.

A special thanks to the staff of Autumn Care and CarePartners Hospice for the loving care they have shown Elsie during her stay.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 17, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Fairview Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery.
