Elizabeth Robinson Stevens

 Elizabeth Robinson Stevens, 82, of Old Fort, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 12, 2025, at Autumn Care of Marion.

 Elizabeth was born in McDowell County, NC on September 17, 1942, to the late Carl Robinson and Agnes Lanning Robinson. Elizabeth was a fun and loving lady who enjoyed crafts and traveling. She loved spending time with her family and will always be remembered, fondly. 

 In addition to her parents, Elizabeth was preceded in death by two sisters, Edith Robinson and Pauline Ollis; and five brothers, Richard Robinson, Howard Robinson, Floyd Robinson, Albert Robinson, Earnest Robinson.

 Those left to cherish her memory include a daughter, Carolyn Sargent (Michael); three sons, Roger Stevens (Kathy), Junior “JR” Stevens, and Ronald Stevens; three brothers, Robert Robinson, Leroy Robinson, and Lloyd Robinson (Jean); six grandchildren, Tracy, Dawn, Jan, Ronnie, Ronald, and Erica; three great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews. 

 A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, January 16, 2025, at the Chapel of Beam Funeral Service. Rev. Randy Stevens will officiate. Burial will follow at Bethlehem Community Cemetery in Old Fort. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., prior to the service, at the funeral home.
