Donna Sue McMahan Jamerson

Donna Sue McMahan Jamerson, 59, of Morganton, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her children and grandchildren on Saturday, September 23, 2023.

A native of McDowell County, Donna was born February 23, 1964 to the late Donald and Patricia Godfrey McMahan. She enjoyed time with her family, being pampered, shopping and sitting on the porch.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two sisters, Rita McMahan and Carolyn McMahan.

She is survived by two children, Misty Hall (Matthew) and Donald Elliott; six grandchildren, Deven Blake, Ryleigh Blake, Zachery Hall, Mikiah Millsaps, Mariah Millsaps, and John Elliott; and three siblings, Dawn McMahan, Jennifer McMahan, and Shane Wilson.

The family will hold a memorial service on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Charity Mission Free Will Baptist Church on Deer Park in Nebo. Rev. Dennis Hensley will officiate.
