Donna Louise Chandler

     Donna Louise Stansberry Chandler, 59, of Marion, NC, passed away Friday, October 28, 2022 at Mission McDowell Hospital.

     Donna was born in Mitchell County, NC on November 12, 1962, to the late Betty Striker and Frank Stansberry. She was married to the late Roger Chandler. Donna was a member of Unity Full Gospel Church and loved congregating with friends. She enjoyed shopping and spending time outdoors. Most of all, Donna loved spending time with her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.

     Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Renee Corman and husband John; two sisters, Regina Honeycutt and Anita Stansberry; two brothers, Dwight Stansberry and Eugene Stansberry; and four grandchildren, Anna Alsbrooks, Melody Corman, Isaiah Corman, and Elijah Corman.

     A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 2, 2022, at the Chapel of Beam Funeral Service. Rev. Tommy Hardin will officiate. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., prior to the service, at the funeral home.

     In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
