Dionna Shaneice Tate

Dionna Shaneice Tate, 34, of Spartanburg, SC, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2024. 

 Dionna was born in McDowell County, NC on June 22, 1989 to the late Angela Marie Tate. She was a member of the Morganton Church of God of Prophecy. Dionna enjoyed singing and dancing, but most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her children. She will be greatly missed.

 In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Brenda Tate; an aunt, Carla Carson; and an uncle, Larry Tate, Jr.

 Those left to cherish her memory include her father, Eugine Steptoe; two children, Jaziah Fields and Jasmine Fields; two sisters, Shawnice Steptoe and Angela Steptoe; her aunts & uncles, Renee Tate, Brandon Tate, Quria Tate, Michael Tate, and Corey Tate; her cousins, Brittany, David, William, Tiffany, Neccy, and Andrew Steptoe; and other relatives, Lindsey, Nikki, Angie, Derek, and Shane. 

 A service to celebrate Dionna’s life will be held at a later date.
